The Wicked Witch of the West may have been defeated but it’s not long before a new villain emerges and threatens the magical Land of Oz! After an evil Nome King takes over the Emerald City and sends flying monkeys to Kansas to steal Dorothy's magical ruby slippers, Tom and Jerry along with Dorothy are back in Kansas!
