True Confessions (2002)

The movie revolves around Trudy Walker who hates her life. She thought it was totally messed up until she found out about a contest that could change everything. Eddie, her twin brother who is highly autistic due to oxygen deprivation at birth, becomes the subject of Tru's documentary for a film contest she enters.
